La Melée - Meet The Big, 2024.
The Kiido team was selected to speak at this conference. We presented our vision of Kiido as a tool for HR managers and CSE (Comité Social et Économique) teams - to implement an inclusive parenting policy for employees and subcontractors. We met a number of business leaders who were enthusiastic about the idea, even though they are currently reluctant to invest in programs of this type due to the French standards in place.
